Redfin Agent
As a Redfin agent, your job is pretty simple: delight your customers. You won`t be thrown to the wolves, cold calling prospects in a dog eat dog world. You`ll be working with a team, as a full time employee with benefits and a career, And you`ll get plenty of clients, often as many as you can handle, who`ve already chosen to work with you by checking out your profile on our website.

you rally for the team, taking charge on partners` days off, pitching in wherever you can

you come in to work every day ready to bite the butt off a bear
The art of the deal:
you know when to work the angles, when to cut the tension with a joke and when to go to the mattresses for a client. Diplomat. Shrink. High-stakes poker player. Good guy (or gal!). Cool cat. Professional.

you`re addicted to email, Facebook, blogs, Twitter, iPhone and Redfin. You love technology, technology loves you.
About the job
Lots of deals:
you`ll support your team lead agent and work with your own clients to make offers or list properties. A team of field agents and transaction coordinators help you focus on getting deals done. You`ll have 10 to 50 clients actively looking for homes; every one of `em will want to pounce at a moment`s notice.
Touring clients:
in the slow months, you still do deals, but you`re also out in the field, hosting tours for your teammate`s clients.
Teaching:
all year round, you`re teaching home-buying classes and answering questions about how the whole process works.
Requirements
Experienced:
you`re a licensed agent with ten deals under your belt, two over the last 12 months
Open:
Redfin sends your past year`s clients our customer satisfaction survey; you must get a 70% NPS score. For people we hire, we publish the results on your profile.
Smart:
you probably have a college degree and certainly can communicate clearly and write well.
Ethical:
you have to get a 100% score on Redfin`s dreaded ethics test.
About your career
We invest in you, and you invest in us. If you close 30 Redfin deals with 80% NPS, you become eligible to run a team as a team lead.
What you earn
We pay for health insurance for you and your family, computer equipment, cell-phone plan, mileage, training, MLS dues. You earn a bonus for every happy customer you create.
